You may qualify for assistance from this grant if you are enrolled in a technical program and can show economic need. 

Other qualifications include

bulletEnrollment for 12 semester hours of classes in the Fall and Spring semesters and 6 semester hours during the Summer sessions
 
bulletMaintenance of an overall grade point average of 2.0
 
bulletRegistration in classes for your respective major
 
bulletEnrollment in a technical program considered non-traditional for your gender
 
bulletLimited English proficiency
 
bulletSingle parent with custody
 

Showing economic need consists of being economically disadvantaged by receiving funds from any of the following State of Federally funded assistance program:
